By completing a registration, paying course fees, or using this website, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.

• "We", "us", "OXY" — OXY MARKT, trading as OXY Aesthetics.
• "Participant" / "You" — the licensed medical professional registered for a Masterclass.
• "Masterclass" — any of the K1-K5 training programs listed on our website.
• "Certificate" — the verifiable credential issued on successful completion.

Our Masterclasses are intended for licensed physicians, dermatologists, and other aesthetic medicine professionals. We may request proof of medical licence and professional standing before confirming a seat.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration if eligibility cannot be verified, in which case paid fees are refunded in full.

A seat is confirmed only once full payment has cleared and eligibility is verified. Registrations are limited per cohort to preserve our hands-on format.

Payment is processed in AED via our payment service provider. Current fees:

• K1 Kickstart: AED 6,499.00
• K2 KickMaster: AED 7,499.00
• K3 KickLips: AED 5,999.00
• K4 KickLift: AED 7,499.00
• K5 KickRegen: AED 5,499.00

Prices may be subject to VAT where applicable.

All fees are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED). You receive a tax-compliant invoice by email after payment. You are responsible for any bank charges related to your payment method.

The following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 30 days before start: full refund minus processing fees.
• 15-30 days before start: 50% refund or free transfer to the next available cohort.
• Less than 15 days before start: no refund; one-time transfer to a later cohort possible at our discretion.
• No-show: no refund and no transfer.

If we cancel or reschedule a Masterclass (e.g. insufficient enrolment, force majeure), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another cohort at no extra cost.

Masterclasses combine theory, live demonstrations, and supervised hands-on practice on consented models. You agree to follow the instructions of our trainers and all clinical and safety protocols at all times.

We may substitute a specific trainer or adjust the schedule while preserving the overall scope and learning outcomes.

A Certificate of Completion is issued after you have attended the full program and completed the assessments required by the trainer. Certificates are individually numbered and verifiable via our verification page. A Certificate confirms participation and is not a substitute for a medical licence or specific jurisdictional approvals.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respect fellow participants, trainers, and models, and follow all hygiene and safety rules. We may remove any participant whose behaviour endangers patients or disrupts the programme — no refund is due in such cases.

All course materials, slides, videos, manuals, and the website content are owned by OXY or its licensors. You may use them for personal professional development only. Recording, reproducing, or redistributing the content in any form is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Aesthetic medicine involves inherent clinical risks. Our trainers provide guidance, but final clinical responsibility for any treatment you perform — during or after the course — remains with you as the licensed practitioner.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, OXY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid for the relevant Masterclass.

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including public-health measures, government orders, travel restrictions, strikes, utility or infrastructure failures, or acts of God.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence require otherwise.
