Accessibility Statement

OXY Aesthetics Masterclass is committed to making its website and services accessible to people with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

1. Our commitment

We believe access to medical aesthetics education should not depend on ability. Our goal is to deliver a website experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for as many users as possible, including users of assistive technology.

2. Standards we follow

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We also align where relevant with UAE accessibility requirements and the Dubai Universal Design Code.

3. Measures taken

On this site we have implemented, among others:

  • Semantic HTML structure with clear heading hierarchy.
  • Meaningful alternative text for content images.
  • Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA.
  • Keyboard-reachable navigation and focus states.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion to reduce non-essential animation.
  • Responsive layout that works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Descriptive link text and visible focus rings.
  • Self-hosted fonts with Latin fallbacks for fast, reliable rendering.

4. Known limitations

We review the site regularly but some elements may not yet meet our target. Known items we are actively working on:

  • Embedded maps and social widgets provided by third parties may not be fully accessible via screen reader.
  • Decorative SVG patterns are marked aria-hidden, but complex illustrations may benefit from richer descriptions.
  • Automated translations and RTL (Arabic) rollout are on our roadmap.

5. Third-party content

Some parts of the site rely on content hosted by third parties (for example, Google Maps, payment providers, social platforms). We do not control the accessibility of those services, but we choose providers that publicly commit to WCAG compliance.

6. Physical access

Our training facility at Al Messaned Street Dubai, UAE is designed to welcome visitors with different needs. If you need specific arrangements for a Masterclass — step-free access, induction loop, priority seating, printed materials in large font — contact us in advance so we can prepare.

8. Formal approval

This statement was last reviewed on April 22, 2026 by the OXY MARKT team. We review it at least once a year or after any major change to the site.
